01. Who we are

02. Information stored on your device
The game stores progress, stars, settings, language preferences, virtual items, and purchase-related records locally on your device. An EiraCore account is not required. We do not operate a cloud save service for this data. Uninstalling the game or clearing app data may erase local progress and consumable items.
03. Advertising and consent
Laser Relics integrates Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. When advertising services are active, Google and its partners may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance information to deliver ads, measure results, and prevent fraud. Processing depends on device settings, consent, region, and SDK configuration. Where required, a consent form is presented before ads are requested. Privacy choices can be revisited in the game settings when available; device settings may also limit advertising identifiers or tracking.
04. In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed by the applicable app store through Unity In-App Purchasing. The store and purchase service may process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, receipts, and purchase status to complete, validate, and restore eligible purchases and prevent duplicate rewards. EiraCore does not receive your full payment card details. Store availability and purchase options may vary by platform and release.
05. Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the contact information and any message, attachment, or diagnostic details you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, and provide support. Please send only information relevant to your request.
06. How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate the game, save preferences, provide purchases and ads, answer support requests, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information ourselves. Advertising providers may share or process data under their own policies, including for personalized ads where permitted. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. Where applicable, processing is based on providing requested services, legitimate interests such as security and support, legal obligations, or consent for advertising and tracking.
07. Third-party services and international processing
Google AdMob, Unity In-App Purchasing, Google Play, and Apple’s App Store operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their services may process information in countries outside your own, subject to their applicable safeguards. Links to their privacy information are provided below.
08. Retention and security
Local game data remains on your device until removed or overwritten. We retain support messages only for as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain relevant records, or meet legal obligations. Third-party retention periods are governed by their own policies. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
09. Your choices and requests
You can remove local game data using your device’s app storage controls or by uninstalling the game. This can permanently remove progress and virtual items. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, or to withdraw consent or object to processing where applicable. We may need to verify your request. For data held by an app store or advertising provider, use that provider’s privacy controls. Depending on your location, you may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their region. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases and review device privacy settings.
11. Website preferences
This website uses a functional cookie to remember your English or Vietnamese language choice for up to one year. We do not add analytics or advertising trackers to this website. The hosting provider may process standard request logs to deliver and secure the site.
12. Changes and contact
